Instructions:
A. Place mouthguard over upper teeth to test for sizeB. If too long or uncomfortable carefully trim with scissors to obtain a snug fit
C. Place the mouthguard into near boiling water for 5 seconds. Remove and shake the water off
D. Insert mouthguard into the mouth and bite. Do not bite through the mouthguard
E. Using your fingers mold the mouthguard around teeth whilst using the tongue to press mouthguard against the roof of the mouth
F. Remove the mouthguard and place in cold water
G. If fit is unsatisfactory, repeat the procedure until satisfied
H. To maintain cleanliness rinse the mouthguard in cold soapy water after each use
