Health & Martial Arts

Martial arts is a worldwide sport. At Pro-Fit Curaçao - Health & Martial Arts, we offer several disciplines like Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing, Combat, Judo & MMA so that you can learn and master martial arts on this stunning island of Curaçao. 


Pro-Fit Curaçao is for all age groups. Our trainers design the class with fun, high energy, technique, and many challenges. The workouts are done in a group setting, and we also offer 1-on-1 personal training sessions with our trainers.


Whether you're new to working out or you're a fitness buff, our trainers and coaches will help and challenge you in every workout, boosting your confidence and self-discipline to help you accomplish goals.

   Our classes promote endurance, conditioning, technique, and intelligent sequencing so that you can achieve your goals. Our policy about competition is straightforward, 'No training - No competition.' As per our experience, preparing fighters for competition in the ring requires a stable regimen and solid self-discipline that would involve training sessions outside the regular training hours and/ or outside the Dojo. 


          We are here and ready to give you all the guidance you need, during the training, during your preparation, during the fight, and anywhere else if necessary. 



Always wanted to join a Kickboxing or Thai box lesson but afraid to join a class as a newbie?


      At Pro-Fit, we provide training programs available to members of all ages and abilities. With our experience, we will suggest you begin in a class category that matches your level and comfort, as well as your preference (classes are grouped by age and/or experience level).

       We focus on the basics, and then we start working with you to increase your skills. Please don't hesitate to come and join a try-out lesson to see if the class suits you. In the workout, we work with every muscle in your body, so be prepared to get sore.

     We use different and current methods practiced for ages in the Kickboxing and Muay Thai Boxing worlds and with different other types of Martial Arts. 



The Dojo

In September 2015, we moved to our new location here in Saliña to provide you with the best training facilities in the Caribbean. Since 2017 we have been expanding our gym and have grown tremendously to be comparable with world-class standards FITNESS facility, added a boxing ring, and an MMA Corner to prepare our fighters for the upcoming fight.
Our Dojo is also available for athletes from all over the world, preparing themselves for an important fight, competition in any sports, or just a group of friends who would like to experience the Caribbean heat while training and enjoying the white sandy beaches same time.

The Workout


All our training sessions start with a warming up. During the warming-up session, you will be exposed to some strenuous exercises and stretching.


After the first phase, we will go over some (basic) techniques, and you need to practice with your sparring partner, who will hold a kick-pad or Thai-pad.

Bag training is a-must in which we will focus on that as well. The higher your skill level, the better, faster, and harder you can practice the combination.


Each combination will be mastered in sequence, to make sure you excel the techniques before moving onto the next ones.


Prove yourself by exceeding your limits by doing it faster, stronger, and more challenging in practicing the combo-techniques we have taught you.
